Calla Bleu is a boutique online retail giftware, signage and bespoke celebration products store and suppliers of engraved commercial products to businesses. Having relocated back to Auckland we are seeking a detail and people orientated individual to manage our customer experience.
A hands-on role where you will be dealing with our customers from the time an enquiry or an order comes in, to when the finished product leaves the factory including registering the order, communications with customers to obtain approval of their engraving proof, managing workflow of the production of their order and packaging the products for despatch.
While a part time role, it is envisaged the successful applicant will make it their own and want to grow alongside us eventually learning graphic file production, taking over procuring materials, office management and learning engraving.
Hours expected to be 16 hours per week, Mondays to Thursdays 9.00am to 1.30pm with a half hour lunch break but there may be some flexibility around starting and finishing times.
