The Tauranga Arts Festival Trust is looking for a General Manager to join our festival team. We are looking for;

• A collaborative leader, who is skilled at managing the deliverables of other contractors and working within budget and timeframe.
• An ability to establish and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
• Proven event management experience 
• Fundraising prowess. 
• You must also have outstanding organisational and communication skills
• And the ability to keep all the systems running effectively and efficiently, often under pressure.

This position requires someone with strong organisational, relational and event management skills. The role also requires the ability to think both strategically and laterally, always considering how TAFT can best meet its strategic goals and community interests. 

The General Manager will be a collaborative leader who is skilled at managing the deliverables of other contractors and working within budget and timeframe.
