Toi graduate Chelsie Preston Crayford (Acting, 2008) has just been nominated Most Popular New Female Talent in the Logie Awards. The Logies are the most prestigious TV awards in Australia, having been going since 1959 and covering every aspect of television production from drama to news. Chelsie was nominated for her role as Tilly Devine in Underbelly: Razor, which was showing here on TV3 over 2011. She is up against Anna McGahan (also in Underbelly:Razor), newsreader Hamish Macdonald, Hamish Michael (Crownies) and Melissa Bergland (Winners and Losers). The awards are announced on Sunday 15 April at Melbourne's Palladium Ballroom.
