Organised by Rain International, Alala Solutions and co-organised by 9th Media, Skykiwi, Momotea, with the assistance of talent management Mei Entertainment Ltd, and production by Young Hope Entertainment Ltd, one of Asia’s biggest female pop star, A-Mei (Amit) Chang will be performing at The Trusts Arena on 3rd April 2016.

A-Mei Chang, born Amit Kulilay, of Aboriginal Taiwanese decent of Pinuyumayan tribe, is often called as the “Pride of Taiwan” and a diva of Mandarin Pop.

She remained the only Chinese performer who received a World Peace Music Award. Her career began in 1996 where her first album stayed as number 1 on the IFPI Music Chart for more than 9 week, selling over 1.8 million records.

On 1998 she received Best Asian Artist from Billboard and landed on the cover of Times in 2002 and interviewed by CNN. Her Australian tour in June 2012 has attracted close to 20,000 audience in Sydney and Australia, promoting the Melbourne venue permanent hang up the poster of her AMeiZING World Tour as a memory.

Recently crowned the Best Mandarin Female Singer at Taiwan's 26th Golden Melody Awards, the music icon kicked off her world tour - aMEI | AMIT UTOPIA World Tour - in Taipei this April, putting up 10 shows consecutively, with 120,000 tickets sold within 12 minutes of going on sale!

This will be her first visit to New Zealand and only visit for 2016. This is a concert not to be missed.
